Q. What is the Sha-Poopie?
A. The Sha-Poopie is a light-weight aluminum telescoping handle with a specially designed cup designed to take the bother out of picking up after your dog.
Q. How does it work?
A. When your dog is about to "do his business", simply pull out the telescoping handle and position it under the dog, and "catch it in the act", then simply push the handle on the ground to retract and then snap the lid on the liner and dispose.
Q. How do the liners work?
A. Simply snap the liner onto the rim of the cup. It will stay firmly in place until you want to dispose of the liner.
Q. How do the liners come out?
A. Simply lift up on the nose of the liner and it will come out easily.
Q. How does the liner lid work?
A. When the "job is done", simply push the lid down and it will snap shut concealing the contents.
Q. What if my dog won't "go" in the cup?
A. Don't worry, be patient. At first your dog may be a bit "concerned" by the Sha-Poopie, but with a little practice he'll get used to it. We recommend that at first you use the Sha-Poopie fully extended.
Q. What size dog is the Sha-Poopie best suited for?
A. The Sha-Poopie is designed for dogs ranging in size from 10 to 70 lbs.
Q. What happens if my dog "goes" more than once on his walk?
A. You know your dogs' potty habits best. If he goes more than once, don't close the lid. The Sha-Poopie is designed so that the 'contents' won't fall out when walking.
Q. What are those protrusions on the nose of the Sha-Poopie for?
A. Those are "grippers" so the cup won't skid along the pavement, grass or snow when retracting the handle.
Q. What are those curved fingers coming out of the stem of the cup?
A. Those are finger grips to retract the handle so you won't have to push the handle completely down.
Q. Where can I get replacement liners?
A. It's easy to reorder liners. Push the ''REORDER" button and liners will be automatically sent to you.
